"Fast response and the technician found the problem within 10 minutes. They also checked the unit for other possible problems and found everything was okay. They took photos of the problem and showed explained the situation and how they can prevent the problem in the future. Their office mad a follow up call the next day to make sure we were satisfied. They know customer service and keep their technicians updated all the time. Thank you AlyAins Heating and AC, Inc, doing business as Aire Serv of Liberty. "ARS is the HVAC service provider since we bought this house from the builder. Furthermore, ARS was the HVAC sub during its construction. This visit was to remove a worn-out humidifier, replace it, and replace a UV bulb. Jonathan was the technician. He provided excellent service."

"Fast professional most reasonable. I will ues this company when needed in the future."

"Excellence in HVAC and the human spirit. That is truly hard to find in today's corrupt world. Christopher is an exceptional young man, and exuded every good quality of an upright character. I didn't know how to reach Miller's, so I left an AI automatic generated message, emailed Austin, and waited for a call back on the weekend mind you! Austin saw his email, and staff saw the AI, and Austin fielded the call to Christopher who called me and promptly came out. I can't say enough about the heart of this business. They follow this biblical teaching in the Bible: Philippians 2:3,4,5 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. Need I say more? May God bless your business for the kindness and generosity you have shown."

"We've been using this HVAC company at our restaurant, Curry and Noodle in Winston-Salem, and we couldn't be happier. Running a busy kitchen means our heating and cooling systems take a real beating, and Chris has been nothing short of amazing. He shows up on time, communicates clearly, and always makes sure everything is running perfectly before he leaves. It's rare to find someone who treats your business like it's their own — but that's exactly how Chris makes you feel. Highly recommend to any business owner in the area looking for reliable, honest HVAC service!"

"Their work quality was excellent, kind customer service. Their prices were very fair, overall it was a good experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks! They do all kinds of services... from HVAC to repair, even carpentry work! This company is amazing, they really DO IT ALL, as their name itself implies... I needed a lot of help in my home, and this company provided stellar help."

"The individual arrived sooner than I anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Repairs were accomplished quicker than I anticipated and was very fair with the price charged. Would strongly recommend Carter HVAC for repairs to your A/C and Heating system."

"The crew was fantastic. I was very comfortable with them in my home. The transformation of the rooms was top job. Really liked that we were told to call them if we see any issues and they would take care of it. We will have them back to do more work in other rooms."

"The team from Eanes was fantastic.....especially Chris Louya, Tito and David. They all did a great job, listened to my concerns, were thorough and spend 14 hrs. here installing the unit without any of them complaining. They were always hardworking and pleasant. The HVAC unit is working great and the best unit I've had in 45 yrs.!!"
