From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. It turned out there was a carcass of a dead cat preventing the blower/fan to circulate the air. They disposed of the carcass and got the a/c going again. They was very professional about the situation. And my mother in law said the technician was very kind to her."
