Also, when I called them, an actual person answered the phone - and she was friendly, and seemed very excited to be able to help me. She answered all my questions and even acknowledged that, if I was to find someone else to come sooner, it would be fine to cancel my appointment. She guaranteed a technician would be here between 4-8PM. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived at 5:30pm. He promptly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part that was faulty, and warned us of any potential issue we might encounter in the near future, after he assessed our unit age and condition.
