"We had Chris replace a decades-old gas furnace and electric water heater, as well as install central air conditioning. We talked to a few professionals in HVAC, and Chris seemed to have encyclopedic knowledge of it all. At a very fair price, Chris spent two days having the old stuff professionally removed, getting the new stuff (AC) wired up, and all the new equipment installed. This was a problem-free project from start to finish, and we would strongly recommend Chris to anyone with similar needs."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "When they first came out, they got the AC to stop leaking inside my basement and they clean out some stuff in the system. Then about 3 days later the fan on the condenser kept going on and off. I reached out again and we made an appointment, but no one showed up. Then they showed up unexpectedly 3 days after our scheduled appointment and they fixed the issue."
