"Once you paid the total money, they do not take care of the remaining job. The installation job was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Therefore, I paid the promised amount of money plus gratuity. After the installation of the air conditioner, the filter compartment lid was not installed. It was promised that a lid will be delivered to my home soon, but so far nothing happens and the air conditioner has no filter compartment door/lid cover... I am very disappointed."

We talked with him about another problem that we were having which was leakage in the walls, through the floor and over the garage. We mentioned a couple of things that might have to be done but wouldn't know until someone came back out and really looked at it with that in mind and that never happened. We just didn't worry about it. There were people who were professional. They were courteous. They did their thing, answered questions and what not.
