"Excellent customer service and communication. Clean installation with no issues afterwards."

"Fast service. We did this job 6 mos ago but I held rating until after air conditioning season. Worked perfectly and the ductless system was both quiet and inexpensive to run. Couldnâ  t be happier"

"The guys at Modern Energy did an excellent job, Ryan was VERY responsive and got me the best deal possible. These past two summers showed how beneficial this type of system mini-splits are. Highly recommend!"

"Bob was responsive, prompt, and clear in communications. We originally contacted him regarding a door replacement and then added on a number of other miscellaneous repairs to effectively use his time since we were a further drive for him. Bob helped us purchase the new door, providing advice and guidance on materials and other considerations. Bob clearly takes pride in his work and did not hesitate to take steps that, while adding a little more effort on his part, resulted in a higher quality finished product; there is no question that his work left our home in a better condition than when he started. Bob also gave clear explanations about where his efforts might be wasted, saving time and money now, and providing insight on projects that might be necessary further down the line (even those that would not be within his scope)."

"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. I would definitely hire this company again. Cheryl B."

"The guys were on time, cheerful, thorough, and and got the job done. They were thoughtful about my cat, too. The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. And the clicking sounds of rogue art supplies is gone. Yay!"

"I had to have a yearly service on my unit"

"Bruno arrived early and gave me a full explanation of what he was going to do and the estimated time it would take. He was courteous and professional. He showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. The company was very easy to deal with and I would certainly do business with them again"
