White vinegar and blasts of nitrogen from a portable tank removed the last of the gunk that had accumulated over time. Bradley walked me through what he was doing and answered all my questions. The work was done on warranty because the company had replaced the outside part of the air conditioning a couple of months previously. They could have argued that the warranty only covered the outside machinery but took a more generous view of the coverage."

What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."
