"We decided to use Shavitz Heating & Air Conditioning as the company for the install of our new furnace. What impressed us about Shavitz was their employees. They made the entire process a positive experience. Everyone that interacted with us had a friendly and professional demeanor. It started with the sales visit by Will Gutierrez who was a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with several options while never pressuring us to lean one way or another. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. His courteous approach gave us a positive view of the company he represented. The installing technician, Linas, and the tech that was assisting him only continued this professional trend. They both were equally as courteous. Once the work was complete, Linas made sure he answered all of our questions and that we felt comfortable with the operation of our new furnace and humidifier before he left. His patience was very much appreciated. He also made sure the area were the work was done was clean and all trash removed. Will Gutierrez followed up with us a few days afterwards to make sure all was well, and that we were pleased with the work and our new purchase. Our answer was a definite, yes."

The day it was going to be installed, one of the owners, Steve, stopped by to look at the old air conditioner, and explain what was going to be done. The installers arrived an hour later, explained to me exactly what they were going to do, and all the specs of the new air conditioner. Roughly 2 hours later, they were finished. They explained the warranty, and cleaned up. The only evidence that they were there was the new air conditioner, no debris left behind. AWE (Air, Water, Energy) did a great job. The installers arrived on schedule and worked all day to removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment.  When they were finished, everything looked great and the work area was completely cleaned up.  The air conditioner has worked great all summer and kept our house at a comfortable temperature.  I am looking forward to a similar experience with the new furnace, also.  After the system was installed, AWE sent an inspector to our house to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily (which it was) and take pictures of the equipment to make sure it was installed correctly (which it was).

FYI, we have been a customer of AWE for over twenty years because of the great service they have always provided.  This was the 2nd furnace and air conditioner we have purchased from them.  They also installed our current water heater.  The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly.  They always arrive when they say they will arrive, and do what they promise.  The services provided have always met or exceeding our expectations.  I would recommend AWE to everyone.
