Both have excellent communication skills & did an exceptional job putting a recliner together shipped in a box. They removed tge old recliner as quoted in the price. The place was left cleaned up. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.
