"The sales rep was thorough and answered our questions clearly and promptly. The installation went very smoothly, except for gashing a wall while moving the new furnace in. They repaired the wall and repainted the area. A few days later when the house wasn't heating up as quickly as it should, they sent someone out right away to find and fix the problem, which was actually a ductwork issue unrelated to the installation.
