"Allred is THE best. I had mini-split AC/heat installed almost a year ago. I love it and it's saving me significant money over using my central heating system. "WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT OUR AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEM, THEY TOLD US WHAT THE COST WAS TO COME OUT, BUT COULD NOT GIVE US AN ESTIMATE OF CHARGES, OVER THE PHONE, FOR THE REST OF THE SERVICE. WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY FOUND THAT THE FLUID THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FILLED, WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS PUT, IN HAD NOT BEEN FILLED COMPLETELY, SO THEY FILLED IT. IT ENDED UP BEING SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN WHAT WE THOUGHT IT MIGHT COST. SINCE WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT AIR CONDITIONERS THEY COULD HAVE TOLD US ANYTHING, BUT DIDN'T."
