"the one thing in life that you need, is a good auto mechanic, a good dentist, and a great heater and air conditioning guy I had another company come out and look at my failing central air unit. they said that it would cost me $850 to find the puron leak. They also quoted me a replacement cost of over $7000 for the furnace and air unit. I had steve,( who is also the owner of his business), come out to give me a quote on total replacement. I was impressed with his knowledge of his trade. He didn,t treat me like a moron about airconditioning. The 1st thing he noticed was the obvious leak that was a loose valve that the other guy either did,nt notice, or led me to believe that I needed a whole new system. Steve could,ve lead me down the same path, but, his honesty impressed me. He fixed the leak, and the unit works great. Steve, you are the man! "The experience was great. Bradley was the technician that came to the house. He was very nice. It is apparent this company is committed to quality customer service. Upon arrival, Bradley rolled out a large mat at the front door and covered his shoes with booties to keep the dirt out. He asked to know what I needed done and then if there were any other issues I wanted him to look over. There were a few other things that I told him about and he wrote up three estimates. The first was to only install the attic fan and the other two included a few of the things I told him about upon his arrival. I only intended to get the attic completed so for monetary reasons, I went with the first estimate. I didn't feel pressured to get the other work done but appreciated the additional information so I know what to expect when I get around to those repairs. 
He was in the attic for awhile and it was very hot. By the time he finished, he was pretty well soaked. His demeanor never changed. He was still just as personable, after all that sweating, as when he first arrived. The fan was hooked up and has been working without issues. 
I received a few follow up calls after the work was complete to ensure I was satisfied with their service. 
All in all, it was a great experience.

"Couldn’t be more professional, I arrived a few minutes early, Quickly made diagnosis. No wasted time at all, looked at Air Conditioner and had already ther right tools in hand. Made quick diagnosis, returned to truck and came back with the replacement part and then went through the res of his diagnosis check up. Reasonable price and was a pleasure to deal with. Any other HVAC problems I will go to him first."

"We originally called because the air conditioner wasn't working. Prior to the technicians arrlival we determined the problem to be a dead battery in the thermostat. We elected to have the technician to come out anyway and do a normal routinge service. All went well and the service was not nearly as expensive as our previous service company. Thank you."
