On Monday Nov. 21st he replaced my old water heater (21 years old) Nasser is honest and very reliable. "I'm so annoyed that every time I cooked in the kitchen on the main floor the cooking smell go straight to the basement and my roommate is constantly complaining and he brought in a guy claiming that this guy can fix the problem. The was never fixed and cost me a good amount of money which made me mad. I looked up the comments online and find out how great people talked about Matthew. Through his trained eyes , he educated me how the HVAC system works and what's the problem and what steps should I take to solve the problem. Matthew pointed out to me that when I cook, I have to have the intake air (which I don't) in order to replace the exhausted air. The problem is my kitchen duct vent that takes the exhaust air to the outside is pointed downward right above my kitchen windows and one of them has the exhaust fan; so the smell comes out through the exterior duct vent and goes back into the house through the portable window exhausted fan. The solution is to open one window and turn off the thermostat during cooking. The best solution is to call Bray & Scarff to fix the duct vent. Matthew impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. Thanks Matthew."

"Woke up with the house well above the set temperature. A/C running but no hot air coming out. Put job on Angi at 0830 and got immediately called by SwiftPro. They were the first to call and they had the highest rating of the four that were chosen by Angi. Tech arrived a little after 1100 and quickly figured out what was the problem. Tech identified one part that was the issue and another part that could cause a problem down the road. Tech didn't push the second part but the part wasn't much more so changed out both. Tech did a full inspection of the cooling system without any 'additional' issues. Up and running by 1230."

"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"
