"I am so happy that I decided to hire Rich to install my new a/c and furnace. I had called another company to give me a quote and decided to call Rich as well. Rich came out the same day and quoted me $2k less than the other company WITH a better furnace and a/c! During install my son let the cat in the room where my furnace was being installed, while Rich was outside, and my cat ran into the duct and we did not know.
