He said he took a digital picture and found that my heat exchanger had been damaged by my Older A/C condenser leaking on to it. I later called back to see the picture, but they could not provide it. What really was going on is this technician badly wanted to sell me a new A/C unit. He told me I could get a real good after the season deal for a new 2 ton 13 seer Bryant A/C for $3,500. I had rembered when Darrel quoted me the same price in June, so I knew not to fall for his price. I just had another Company's Technician install today a 2 1/2 to 13 Seer Carrier for $2,750 and he told me he did not see anything wrong with the Heat Exchanger. This was the main reason why I broke down and got the new A/C today. It is evident to me now that the Krane Technician lied to me. I am not happy about this and will not use Krane again, since they hire guys like this."
