Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. "The owner of this company was very responsive and timely. He came very quickly to do an estimate and provided a quote later that day that was very detailed. The work was done on happy day it was scheduled and completed diligently. I estimate included a 3 year maintenance contract and 10 year warranty for parts. This was not included in the other estimates we received. We now have a brand new air conditioner with some new duct work and are very pleased. Another company Davis and outrageous estimate for $7000 more and the company we chose said they could not possibly come up with enough whistles Bells and gadgets to arrive at an estimate so much higher."
