"Joyce Cooling and Heating installed a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace and air conditioner. The installation looks great and was professionally completed. The furnace is working fantastic and is so quiet we can't even hear it running. We are warm and comfortable all the time and the new high-efficiency design should save us money for many years to come. The technicians answered all of my numerous questions."

"I whole heartedly recommend Airco. Their team was experienced, skillful, friendly and professional throughout the duration of this job, from Joe's first visit to my home to discuss air conditioning options to Derek and Cam's final touches on the duct system. I had complete confidence in them, as well as in Steve, Danny, Frank and Patrick. Additionally, Airco's connections to MassSave and Commerce Bank meant financing and payment options to suit my budget. No more hauling loud and heavy window a.c. units up from the basement. Instead, I am enjoying consistent cooling throughout my home with no noise whatsoever. I am a very happy customer!"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"I’ve been a satisfied customer of Druziakos HVAC for 17 years, so when I found out I needed my gas furnace and central air replaced I didn’t look to anyone else. Everyone in the office was very helpful with the Mass Save program and process. They also submitted my rebate applications and helped with the warranty info. The work was done when scheduled and very quickly. The technicians were polite and answered all my questions."

"Absolutely top notch service and knowledge for the best price around Literally wouldn’t even consider calling another hvac company - thank you Keenan we look forward to the next time we need your services"

"DGWELLS installed heating and air conditioning in our new home 2 years ago. Did a great job. Courteous and neat. No problems whatsoever with our system. Called with questions that he readily answered and came by to show us how to change the filter last year. Cannot say enough good things about David Wells. Highly recommend him."

"My house had very loud banging whenever the heat was on. I needed the line purged of air. initial cost was 500.00! For 20 min of work. The technition that gave initial qoute then revised the amount to a more reasonable 220.00 He was informative and helpful. Had they charged that much I would have felt like I was robbed. They did a good job."

"Milltown Plumbing did an excellent job checking out our Central AC unit at the start of the season. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were polite. We hired them through a special with Angie's list and they performed the work as advertised. The price was great for the service and there were no issues. We would hire Milltown again."

"Comfort Professor was fantastic. I am truly now a "cool" customer. Derek listened to my priorities and helped me determine which Bryant multi-zone mini-split would best fit my home. The cost was highly competitive, and the Mass Save rebate was great. The work was done within a couple of days of my signing the contract, and took only 3 days to complete. The team kept me informed at each step. They also went the extra mile to meet my preferences for placement of the units and the heat pump. The work was done efficiently and speedily, and the team took care to keep floors and furniture clean. The technician who reviewed the work was also great. I love the multiple ways to control the system: remote, system app and thermostat app. They also have excellent warranties on the units, labor and parts. Throughout the process they were very responsive to all my questions. I definitely would hire them again. They are great!"
