"My wife and I just had Joyce Cooling and Heating install duct work, air conditioning unit (Lennox) as well as a ductless mini split in our lower level. We received three bids for the project and selected Joyce for several reasons including, the salesman (Abe) that helped us and his level of responsiveness and consistent communication. We also liked the brands that Joyce partners with and installs - Lennox and Mitsubishi and from my research are the two best brands on the market. Our positive experience continued after we made the selection to hire Joyce for this large (4 day) project. They scheduled us in within days of making the decision and showed up early the first day (big bonus points in my book). The caliber of professionalism, courteousness, thoroughness and communication was present in every aspect of their work and across all of their employees. After each day they cleaned the work area and made sure it was left the way they found it. They completed the job earlier than expected and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Each employee we interacted with at Joyce was polite, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We have shared our positive experience with everyone we have spoken to about our recent home improvement and am a firm believer in voting with my dollars for businesses that deserve it and Joyce has won our vote. "I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. My wife and I purchased a 1911 home 2 years ago. Closet space in these old homes is basically nonexistent, so I thought that central air conditioning was out of the question. We decided to go with a two zone Unico system. Steve, Jason and crew exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, courteous and did what was necessary to meet the time estimate for the installation. The system was installed around the 4th of July and the heat wave we experienced allowed the system to be fully stress tested, which it passed with flying colors."

"We are overall very happy with the project. Sila had to install a high velocity air conditioning system in very limited space. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

"Dan was very professional. He verified that the work performed by different HVAC company lead to an item incorrectly wired. I did not need a new compressor for my air conditioner. He noted that the mistake that was made was probably due to in experience and not intensional. He corrected the wiring and charged the system with 1 pound of R405 refrigerant. The system is working properly. I will definitely recommend him to anyone with an air conditioning issue."
