"The technician from Air Conditioning Concepts showed up on time and got started immediately on checking and cleaning our split AC units. We have a mix of old Friedrich and newer Mitsubishi units, and he knew how to service both with no problem. He was able to get 2 of the old units up and running by adding coolant to both and retaping the wiring on one of them. When Jason and I met over the phone he was already booked for the day but said he would come over after he had completed that job. He is such a nice guy and I loved how he got to work. Mostly, I admired the work he did, very neat and the caulking was awesome.
