"I was so pleased with this company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  I have a rental property in Casselberry, and my tenant called me at 6:45 pm  to say the air conditioner wasn't working.  I immediately got on Angies List and began researching air conditioning companies.  I was a little panicked, because it was so late, 7:10 pm, by the time I made the decision to call Matthew Roberts Inc,  I'm so glad I did.  I called and left a message, hoping for a call back first thing Tuesday morning.  I was amazed to get a call back at 7:20 pm,  from a very nice gentleman named Bill, who said he was only about 20 minutes away, and could go by right then.  He explained it would be a higher price  for the after hours service call, so I could make the decision to wait.  The difference was 35.00 an hour more, and seemed quite reasonable, especially since It was my tenant.  Bill went by, introduced himself, and began to diagnose the problem and repair it.  My tenant was thrilled with his professionalism and courteous manner.  The repair took a little over an hour and was well worth the price.  He explained what the issue was to both of us and gave my tenant advice on how to avoid the issue in the future.  I will only use Matthew Roberts Inc for any future air conditioning issues I may have.

Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. Prestige arrived a few hours after calling them on a busy Sunday and quickly assessed the problem. By Monday morning comfort had returned. Although I expect every A/C company to show up and say the same thing "It'll cost $9,000 and 4 weeks to fix or we can sell you a new unit." "Carl called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. He removed all vent covers and cleaned them. While the vent covers were drying, Carl cleaned all of the ducts and the two return areas. Then he replaced all the vents. He was very careful and cleaned up as he went. I think I can already tell a difference in how the air flows in the clean ducts. I definitely would recommend Carl and Iron Air to anyone considering having their air ducts cleaned.
