"They were supposed to give me estimates and I never heard back from them.We went through the whole spiel about putting in a different kind of air conditioning unit up in the bedroom, and the electrician that he recommended came out. He gave me an estimate, but the Aire Serv guy never did. They just looked at our current unit and told us what our options would be. We decided on one of the options because it would be more affordable. He said he would work up an estimate for his part of it, and that never happened. You didn't give me an estimate, so why would I give you my business? You obviously don't want the money, so I'll find someone else."

If I have a full tank in April, I don't them to come out until the fall. I don't have to be here when they deliver the oil, they show up on the day. I don't have an appointment."
