He really knows his stuff! He is organized and does a neat, professional job. When he was finished, he tested and marked each zone with me for future identification. "The price i was quoted over the phone was not the final price for the service. The customer (me) has to ask more probing questions. I have two units to service and was quoted $159 per unit. I told them the units had some mildew and it needed to add refrigerant. The customer service put me on hold for a short time to check what she quotrd me. She said it was the correct amount.
