"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! "Everything went great. The crew arrived right on time and was very polite and professional. Ali explained everything beforehand and the work was done exactly as described. After installation there were some minor adjustments to be made and Ali responded right away and took care of the problem. He was also able to get the ducting corrected to a part of the house that hasn't had ac for many years. I was very pleased with Ali and his crew."

"Thank you Premier Cleaning! After 3 attempts of hiring air duct cleaning specialists, Premier Cleaning were the ones that got the job done. Once the summer season came in, so did the nasty smell. I had 3 guys come in and try to find the root of the problem and all had some kind of issues determining what the problem may have been; But not Premier Cleaning, they had 2 guys come in and carefully inspect all possible problems associated with my air duct and HVAC system, they eventually found a rodent (AKA Mickey Mouse) inside the air handler, right by the blower motor."

During the course of the install, it was found wiring for the air conditioning needed to be changed from 110 to 220. Khalif found someone to take care of it immediately. The men working with him -Andy and Jose, were courteous, left the work site in a neat and clean order- they placed protective coverings down to protect my wood floors. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
