"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Mario gave us the best price. And a better warranty than others. However more importantly to me was that he offered to go out and spend an hour taking pictures of everything that was wrong to show me since I did not live in the property exactly what needed to be repaired. No one else offered to do this. He also said let me see if I really have to replace the whole unit or if I can replace parts. After seeing the pictures there was no doubt the whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. That extra hour of time to go back and take all the pictures really won me over. This is customer service at its FINEST! Thank you Mario !"

"Service One has been wonderful to work with, both for our plumbing and air conditioning matters. Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. ServiceOne gave me a great quote and our technician Otto was super knowledgeable, personable and all around a great person whom we felt very confident with. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient. The A/C is working great, they have a great warranty plan for it, and have always been very timely in returning calls in the past. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good company that is trustworthy and will take their time to talk to you."
