"Joyce Cooling and Heating installed a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace and air conditioner. The installation looks great and was professionally completed. The furnace is working fantastic and is so quiet we can't even hear it running. We are warm and comfortable all the time and the new high-efficiency design should save us money for many years to come. The technicians answered all of my numerous questions."

"Airco is a great family-owned and operated business, very fair and knowledgeable. They replaced our forced air central heating system (oil) in a day, and were quick to respond and get to work despite how busy things were during the January cold-spell. I would highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs!"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"My best experience ever dealing with an air conditioning problem. They were prompt courteous and professional."

"I’ve been a satisfied customer of Druziakos HVAC for 17 years, so when I found out I needed my gas furnace and central air replaced I didn’t look to anyone else. Everyone in the office was very helpful with the Mass Save program and process. They also submitted my rebate applications and helped with the warranty info. The work was done when scheduled and very quickly. The technicians were polite and answered all my questions."

"Repairs were excellent and thorough "even well documented". The tech found units low on coolant. He identified and repaired multiple refrigerant leak points. I have dealt with many HVAC contractors over the years and Freedom Air Mechanical is one of the best. I highly recommend."

"done right and on time both AC and Furnace--pleasant person to work with and all at a reasonable cost--would recommend Jake highly. ED L"

"We have been a Palmer customer for 6 years. The front office and the technicians has always been great to work with. We have been using their AC and Heating Service Plan and on automatic oil and propane fill for years and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today for the AC Service Plan. The technician (David) was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and home. It’s always a great experience to have maintenance conducted in you home and have the technicians give you expert advice on your heating and AC system. Our AC system is well over 25 years old and still running strong thanks to Palmer. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"

"Amazing service! very knowledgeable, clean work and super respectful! if you find yourself needing any help when it comes to your heating or Air Conditioning system, call Keenan without a doubt."

"Scheduling was right on point. System was installed right after Christmas. Prep process was thorough. Extremely responsive when we switched over to A/C and performance wasn’t as expected. Was a factory setting issue. Very communicative amongst their team and with us. Great follow through. Proactive annual maintenance scheduling and thorough in their system review. Would definitely use them again."
