"From beginning to end, Fred's Heating and Air provided the kind of service a demanding customer requires. From their salesman Dave, who breaks the mold of the average HVAC salesperson and does not try to pressure sell or up sell, just provides honest advice and what he thinks will meet your needs. Matter of fact, he talked me out of spending money on a few items he did not feel I would benefit from. Their final installation was excellent, pricing fair, and service after the sale exceptional. Even their install manager ran over to my house on his own time, leaving a painting project he was working on, to fix a small problem that occurred after the installers left. Trust me folks, it does not getting any better in the HVAC business then Fred's Heating and Air, and as a honest salesman it does not get any better than their salesman Dave. These are people you can trust when buying new equipment or just needing service on your existing equipment. Their techs are excellent too!

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. I will definitely use his services again.
