"We were in a desperate situation. My mom is 90 and on oxygen and my husband is on dialysis. Our A/C went out in the a.m. on Wednesday, 9/7/2016. Another company came out mid-day Thursday, 9/8/2016 to work on unit. We thought the unit was fixed; but, went off around midnight. Tried all day on Friday, 9/9/2016 to get someone to fix our unit, no success. At 3:00 pm, when our situation looked dim, we contacted Old Dominion Heating and Air and spoke with James. We informed him of the problem and our medical concerns. He said he would be at our home at a specific time. James arrived 10 mins early, diagnosed the problem and fixed our unit. We were so thankful. James saved us on a Friday evening. I/we would recommend him without given it a second thought. We plan to use his services for our twice per year annual maintenance.
