The furnace could have been repaired, but due to its age (30 years old) and the cost of repairs it was better to replace. The gentleman walked me through the options and helped me determine what was best for my home. He didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive option and I felt comfortable making the decision. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The day of the replacement, the crew was polite, professional, and did a great job installing.
