Our furnace broke down, tried a couple easy troubleshooting steps over the phone, and when we couldn't get it going, the tech was over as soon as he could. This is the time of year where he was busy with other customers, so the amount of time we waited was explainable. Didn't have parts right away on his van, but we didn't wait for more than 24 hours before he found another tech that did have the parts for our furnace. Excellent friendly service. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We contacted Comfort Touch on a Sunday night. We explained what was happening with our furnace. He let us know an emergency visit would not help us. He came promptly Monday morning, assessed our issue, found the part locally. explained the potential cost, picked up our part and installed it all in less than 90 minutes. He also determined the warranty was applicable and completed all of the paper work for us. His rate was fair and reasonable. A very nice man that thoroughly explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident in his assessment. If we experience any issues in the future he will be our first call. I can't recommend him enough. A furnace breakdown in January when the high is 25 is never good but Comfort Touch brought the good to a bad situation. Thank you!"
