"I had been experiencing uneven heating and cooling and high electrical bills for many years. My unit was also almost 20 yrs old and not working very well anymore. I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. Air Network answered all my questions honestly and gave me several bids on different brands and sizes before the day was done. I still insisted on the Trane which by brand names is not the least expensive but was still at a very good price. His crew showed up on time during a day where it rained all day. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network. This is the first 5 star rating I've ever given a business, but Air Network truly deserves it."

Johnny Wetzel performed air handling analysis which they recommended correct duct and vent sizes. Tim, lead installer, and Johnny is two that I trust in this business. The new system was installed professionally and completely."

"There are many things I like about Troyâ s Heat and Air LLC but the top three are: 1) Professional install, 2) Commitment keepers, and 3) Great value. I originally saw their ad on Facebook and felt compelled to give them a try even though I already had a local AC company. Troy and his team came out, fixed issues we had with the main unit for some time, and installed a new mini split. I had already had 3 different people come out but it wasnâ t until Troy and his team came out that the installation looked professional done and safe. Anyway, as we have been remodeling for the past 2+ years we have had lots of contractors out and I believe Troy was probably the only one that really kept his promises to us and completed the job they were hired to complete. "I know there are a lot of good AC/Heater companies locally but Im just speaking from my personal experience with this one. Luis @ LB air came out to our place on 3 separate occasions, free of charge, to assist me with an issue that we had with our unit. He kept coming back and stayed waaaay longer than he probably should have until he found the source of the problem and got it corrected. The service was VERY professional and transparent about his procedures and prices. When it was time to pay I just knew it would be outrageous but I literally have spent more money eating out with with a group of 5 or 6 at Mighty Crab. Again, I am not knocking other companies, I am just saying that I HIGHLY recommend this one. Appreciate ya Luis."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
