"Josh came early to the appointment, introduced himself and immediately placed shoe covers over his shoes upon entering my home. He was beyond professional and explained everything that he found and the plan to repair the heating issue prior to getting started. He also made recommendations for maintenance but wasn't pushy in trying to make me buy anything extra. "Zach arrived on time and completed 98% of the task I had outlined. He will be returning next week to finish hanging the bar light fixture and another kitchen fixture. I had ordered extra parts to complete this and he will finish up as soon as I receive the parts. Zach went above and beyond performing these tasks for me. He left all work areas in immaculate condition. My only regret is that he can not help finish everything I need to get my house ready for sale."
