They came out in the spring to give us several different quotes for different types of air conditioning options, from wall units to central air with ventilation. They talked us through the pros and cons of the different systems and units. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Electric unit with central air installation. The installation happened a few weeks later. The installation took 5 business days, and involved the installation of new ventilation in the attic with ducts in the ceiling. At the completion of the installation, Ocean State Air Solutions turned on the system and walked me through the operation of the system to ensure I understood how to operate. I recommend their services and would use again."

After numerous calls to companies having to leave messages, not answering the phone, having to wait two weeks for service or companies not taking new customers, I finally found Rodney owner of RJP HVAC. He answered the phone himself, and told me he could be at my house in two hours! I received a text when he was on his way and promptly arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what he could do to fix it and gave me a price which was surprisingly reasonable. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the issue within the hour. He is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him and will call him for all my HVAC needs going forward."
