If something went wrong, a repairman was here within 24 hours, usually sooner. So when the old system went kaput, I called them to put in a new one. They did it the next day! The installed a Amana 16 SEER for just a couple of hundred dollars ore the I had paid for the old unit many years ago. Tony and Armando were thorough and neat and left the work site clean and tidy.
