"I messaged to Alan at midnight because my air conditioner stopped working. Alan called me at 7:25 AM and said he could be over in one hour. He showed up in less than an hour. He recharged my system, replaced a capacitor, and ran a diagnostic on the entire system which took about three hours. After parts and labor it was $165 and he was absolutely excellent. He was very professional and gives you the feeling of small town hospitality. Do not, and I repeat do not hire big companies to come out and fix your system.
