"the one thing in life that you need, is a good auto mechanic, a good dentist, and a great heater and air conditioning guy I had another company come out and look at my failing central air unit. they said that it would cost me $850 to find the puron leak. They also quoted me a replacement cost of over $7000 for the furnace and air unit. I had steve,( who is also the owner of his business), come out to give me a quote on total replacement. I was impressed with his knowledge of his trade. He didn,t treat me like a moron about airconditioning. The 1st thing he noticed was the obvious leak that was a loose valve that the other guy either did,nt notice, or led me to believe that I needed a whole new system. Steve could,ve lead me down the same path, but, his honesty impressed me. He fixed the leak, and the unit works great. Steve, you are the man! You will be the air and heater guy that I go to for the rest of the time I am in my house. "I honor Horizon's quality of work. They did not give me an estimate on the phone for fixing a toilet leak, however, they charged me big money by combining the work done with a 3 year warranty plus upselling an A/C tune up to me by putting the same numbers for charging without warranty and A/C tune up. I had to commit with those additional items they offered. I hate this kind of gimmick. I know plumbing work is not cheap, but I recommend you find a cheaper place If you can."
