"I requested quotes from 8 different HVAC companies. David from Hudson Valley Air Control is the only one who actually answered his phone. He gave me a quote the very next day after looking over our existing central air. He was well informed, answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and offered two different options and price points to fit our needs and budget. I received an emailed quote from one of the other 8 people I reached out to for less money from someone who had not seen our existing AC, had not asked me any questions outside of what SEER rating and how many tons was I looking for. I did not respond to that person. I am glad I paid a little bit more and put my faith in David. Either way, his price was what we were anticipating and was very fair. He was professional, courteous, thoughtful and done in a day! Furthermore, from the day I first called him until the day it was installed was less than a week. The morning he arrived to start replacing our AC, I received another quote for FAR more money from the only other person who looked at our current setup and recommended all kinds of new duct work and other things that our previous failed system of 16 years never needed and I was not interested in or asking for and his quote was ridiculously expensive. So this person took a whole week just to give me a quote. I am so happy I chose David at Hudson Valley Air Control. After he was done, you could not tell he was here. Everything that was removed was gone, what little mess that was made outside and in the basement was cleaned up. I hope we never have to replace our system again, but if we do, David is our go-to guy. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Thank you David."

"Joe is the best!! We had been without central air conditioning for weeks, and couldn't take it anymore with the heat wave we were having. I called him on a Friday and he was here the next day. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He traveled over an hour on a Saturday to repair our ac unit! He and his partner repaired burnt wires in the unit and it was up and running so quickly! I'm so thankful for this company, and would recommend them to everyone. I don't think I've ever had a better customer service experience!!"

The initial consultation was done thoroughly and professionally, measuring each room of the house to determine what size units we needed, etc. The price quoted was fair and reasonable. Once we said yes a start date was put on the calendar, when the date came Bell was there as promised and the job was completed faster than initially thought. They were clean, left no mess anywhere, professional, knowledgable and nice. Bell did a great job and i would highly recommend them. I did not grade them on quality because we have not actually used the units yet but I'm sure the units will function perfectly next summer.
