Once we established contact, a planner came out and gave us detailed information on the system we wanted. They installed the furnace on time and very professionally. They also upgraded our air filtration system and thermostat. We are very satisfied with the work that Air Pros did. We would definitely use them again if we need the services or equipment they provide."

Ranger emailed us a pic. of tech rep. who would be performing the work, providing us with a secure way to confirm on arrival - very nice touch. Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. We used Ranger's "special" and feel we got excellent value for the money. We will certainly use Ranger for any HVAC service and new product bids/recommendations. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "Very well. The air conditioning workmen (Shaun and Sedrick) showed up between 8 and 9 and worked through until 4 PM. They were professional, informative and respectful of homeowner. Electrician and other Seatown workmen also participated in the project. I really appreciated the fact that two apprentices were part of the project and were being taught by the more experienced people, which indicates the company's commitment to well trained and cohesive staff. They also did a respectable clean-up before departure."

"The responsiveness of this company is amazing! I had a challenge with the new thermostat and received a call back and successfully got things going again within 15 min. Also, the installation team customized the airflow path and fixed what had been poorly done originally. They could have just followed what had been done before and I wouldnâ t have known.
