When I got back in touch, Mark honored the existing quote despite a slight price increase in the water heater. They came on the day stated, installed the new water heater, and removed the old. They left no mess and were done when they said they'd be. This is exactly how all home improvement jobs ought to go!"

"Our air conditioning died right when the heat wave hit. (of course!) We spoke with Product Air and were able to have Eli come out and look at it the same day! After weighing the options we decided to replace our entire unit. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. He came the next day to install the new unit. It was Friday and he already had a busy schedule but still worked us in at the end of his day and was here until 8pm finishing up the job. Poor guy it was a 90 degree day! He even came back the next day at no charge to troubleshoot a problem in our crawlspace. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing any type of heating or cooling work!"
