"Called them late last summer when my 19 year old condenser quit. They quickly gave me a quote for an whole new heat pump system. They were out the very next day and installed it very quickly. Had to remove the attic ladder to get the bigger unit in, but they left zero trace that anything had been done. I called them for a concern when it was below zero in the winter. When they filled the trench the result was very rocky and not smooth at all. The backhoe driver said to give it a couple of weeks to settle and then request they come back out to compact and smooth the area plus reinstall my clothesline pole that had to be removed to install the line. I requested yesterday afternoon for them to come out and finalize the job. They were here at 8:30 this morning. The site looks great, my clothesline pole is installed. In addition, Reed's hauled off a brush pile from my yard without my asking."
