"I made an furnace inspection in a house I had purchased. Milo responded quickly and by the time he arrived (on time) my furnace had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and fixed other other potential problems. He he was organized, compitent and friendly. He is coming back this week to install an air filter which the furnace lacked. We spent a cold night, but warmed up quickly after Milo arrived. Thank you for professional and friendly work."

"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. We have used Seatown for 15 projects now for spanning all their services. When we bought our old home, we had Seatown and other competitors provide quotes on installing HVAC. Their planning, thoughtfulness to our needs, price is why we chose them. As the summer heat spikes, we don’t regret our choice and are glad that our home is an oasis. Every time they come out, we ask for more things to be done than what was agreed to and every time they work to extra hard to get it all done. They go the extra mile in doing some simple projects for free and giving advice on how to lower our costs as new homeowners. I have been able to call or text them about issues or ideas and get advice with out the pressure to buy services. That’s not something you find in just any company. Their staff has always been polite, clean, and diligent about getting the job right the first time. As we continue to fix up our old house, we will be using Seatown for projects large and small and we hope you will as well."

"We replaced our old furnace and moved duct work. Daron was spot on with his estimate and didn't throw in extra fees after starting. The work space was always cleaned up at the end of the day, and he didn't mind my dogs greeting him in the morning. We would definitely hire Daron again and highly recommend him to friends."

"Our project included the purchase and installation of a new gas furnace together with a new central air conditioning system. The installation team was very professional, on time and and left the place spotless upon completion of the project. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you again for making this project such a pleasant experience!"

"From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. Now we have a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat that will work together to keep our home comfy. Plus we got a filtration system that eliminates dust in the air and other pollutants making the air in air house more healthy to breathe. Our first experience with Seatown was service of our gas fireplace. It had gone out over the summer and I wasn't sure how to get it re-lit. I asked them to come to assess our situation to see if a heat pump would work in our house and even though they don't do gas fire places, they were willing to figure it out and it was lit."

"We'd used them four years ago to replace our windows. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."

"Robert is A.MAY.ZING! I purchased a 1932 log cabin that needed a LOT of work. I hired Robert to install a force-air heat system. He had to completely create the ducting under the house AND he built out a utility room for me where he installed the furnace/A.C., tankless water heater, and a stacked washer & dryer. The room is beautiful with a pocket door and he matched the tongue and groove knotty pine walls. The 1932 original river rock fireplace and huge chimney was in bad shape, so I decided to change to a propane insert. Robert took out the old chimney, re-roofed the area, reinforced the base under the house, preserved the river rock and installed a perfect insert. Originally the chimney was on the outside of the house but somewhere along the line, someone added more rooms around the chimney. By removing that, Robert created more room in the kitchen and bathroom. He remodeled the bathroom and kept the integrity of the vintage kitchen. He installed an automatic sump-pump under the house as well as reinforced the supporting beams and installed strapping for earthquake support. His pricing is good and communication is great. He takes photos as he works to document the progress. He was clean and organized. I would absolutely hire Robert and Ozanne Custom again and would definitely recommend him to others. He is also well connected in the construction field and was able to tell me names for other people to hire for other jobs. Thank you, Robert!"

"I contacted several HVAC companies, but Justin from J and L Mechanical was by far the most responsive. He promptly came out to my house and gave me customized quote with a few different options. The price was very reasonable, and Justin and his team did a great job with a quick turnaround. I will recommend him to my family and friends for all their HVAC needs."
