"Review by Claudette L. in Fall River, MA Project: Removed Whirlpool central A/C & Installed Concord central air conditioning condenser. Rick was excellent, pleasant, skilled & responded quickly after my initial request. He was very proficient, addressed all of my questions & concerns. He also managed to schedule my work quickly to complete the job & be sure that my new A/C was working properly before his departure. He was also reasonable with his original quote for his services & did not change this price upon completion. I will absolutely call Rick for any future heating or air conditioning issues. & would highly recommend Rick Maloney heating & cooling to friends & family."

He arrived exactly at the time he said he would, completed the job in less time than expected, ensured the unit was functioning properly before he left. He additionally offered tips and tricks for yearly maintenance on the unit. He was friendly, courteous, and reliable. We would definitely recommend him in the future."

"Excellent customer service skills exhibited by the entire team at Family Heating and Air Conditioning. Everybody showed up on time, there was great coordination between support contractors and material delivery. They installed a ducted AC system in our home with minimal inconvenience to us. They are a professional team I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family of friends."

"Dylan is very reliable and knowledgeable. He has provided plumbing services many times for us and I wouldn't use anyone but him. The service is exceptional and pricing is extremely fair. I highly recommend Venture Mechanical for any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning needs that you may have."

"This was the best service with 2 highly qualified gentlemen. They were both knowlegable and friendly. They arrived 20 minutes after the initial call which was at the end of their day. They could have gone home for the day like the bigger companies did but instead they stopped on their way home and serviced my central air condition system in the middle of a heat wave. Unlike the other companies that I called who couldn't respond for 3 to 5 days even after I explained I had an infant to keep cool. If you're looking for a reliable company MTS is where you should shop"

"Bob did a new mini split install for me and I couldn't be happier with the work. He was professional, timely, and had excellent communication. He was also very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations for the project. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work."

"Excellent service. Very professional and reliable. Did not charge me for anything extra. I would strongly recommend them for any HVAC work."

"Absolutely fantastic job installing my new furnace. They knew we had family visiting during a humid stretch of weather and stayed late night to get our central air back online. Cannot recommend these folks enough."

"My electrician from Cotti-Johnson HVAC was a master electrician. If you get him, you are getting the best. I went with the most expensive work package of the 3 that were presented. First off, it was pricey. I knew that going in. I want Cotti-Johnson to understand that I am serious about a working relationship with them. I feel I have done that with their electrical department. Now, if I need their plumbing or HVAC service, our relationship can build off the first experience."

"Anthony B. Did my spring tuneup for my Air Conditioner. Fast and polite. My three dogs liked him too. Technician Austin came to perform a chemical spray wash for my outside unit. Professional and courteous."
