"I normally don't write reviews, but One Source Heating and Cooling instead saved me! My house was FREEZING and with a young child at home, I needed help fast. The office staff was friendly and helpful from the start, sending a service technician out shortly after. I even got a phone call when he was on the way, which helps so much when you have kids. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, the tech was professional , and fixed our heat in no time. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about heating and air, and not just trying to make a sale. "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue.
