"Fair service on my furnace. The thing I am concerned is I was overcharged with the Thermostat they installed. I paid $145.00 for a thermostat costing $85.00. I checked price from other businesses to see how much the same Thermostat cost. Also, found out after they left that the name of their business is inscribed in the thermostat they installed. It should even be discounted since they are using the thermostat to advertise their business. This is taking advantage of innocent people like me. Won't use them again."

"Very quick response. Two technicians responded.  A difficult job given limited attic access to furnace. Job completed successfully. Technicians could not have been more polite and accommodating. While I did expect a charge because part had to be replaced, and total job took quite a bit of time, there was no charge as work was accomplished under Comfort warrantee. Highly recommend this business for any heater and/or air conditioning repair/service.

"I first contacted Valley to get a quote on how much it would cost to get air conditioning installed. I live in an older town home that is approximately 1100 sq. ft. They sent someone out to take a look and see what was involved. He was very professional and explained what was involved including getting permits from the city. He quoted the amount and provided me with an invoice. I contacted them 3 months later to say I was ready for the install. The installation turned out to be quite challenging due to the way my home is constructed, but Valley made it work. The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)"
