"It went pretty well. Air seems to be flowing quite freely. There was A LOT of build-up. 25+ years worth."

"Wonderful. I called PANDA and they came out in 2 days and did the work in 1. These brothers treat you right and do the right job! They did my central heat repairs 2 1/2 years ago and they were the first ones I called again when the air went and I was right to do so. Thank you Serge and Mark!"

"Airnizer is superlative in so many ways! Around thirty years ago my husband and I lovingly restored an 1840â  s row house. We didnâ  t see the need to air condition then. However, as the summers got hotter and hotter we realized we had a problem. Since we werenâ  t interested in central air and we didnâ  t want to alter the looks of our home with window air conditioners, we decided that a split system was the answer. We talked with several installers and were extremely impressed with Eugene Kobakâ  s understanding of our aesthetic and practical issues and his ability to anticipate technical concerns. Eugene and his two assistants did not disappoint us. Here are some of the things they did right: â ¢ Itâ  s a small enough company that the owner was on site all day, every day. â ¢ We felt confident that Eugene was a consummate professional who knew exactly what he was doing. â ¢ Eugene worked with us in placing the units as unobtrusively as possible. â ¢ He did an amazing job of making the ducts, etc. blend in with our architecture. â ¢ All the workmen were extremely polite and non-invasive. â ¢ These guys are CLEAN. They left as little mess as possible in such an invasive procedure. â ¢ Eugene and his company stayed with us until the job was finished. They arrived when they promised and worked a full day (sometimes longer!). â ¢ Eugene didnâ  t leave at night until each unit was tested for working perfection. I would recommend Eugene Kobak and his company Airnizer to my best friend. In fact, I plan to!"

"Mr Justin Barnes did an OUTSTANDING job installing a new PTAC/air conditioning and heating unit. Justin first showed up to evaluate my 15 year old unit - and then without any pressure, discussed my repair options, plus my replacement options. He was totally neutral, and I made my own decision with zero pressure. When I decided replacement was best for me, Justin found the ideal replacement high efficiency PTAC, priced it, picked it up from a warehouse and installed it flawlessly. He also checked in post-installation to ensure it was behaving correctly and that all settings were good. Iâ ve had many appliance specialists in my apartment, and Justin is THE BEST. Good, helpful, frank advice from someone who clearly loves repair and installation, plus helping people - who are freaked out by appliances - out. Justin also prices fairly, and is worth every penny of his wage. Mr Justin Barnes is on your side, and is a gentleman"

"I had a really positive experience with Chortani. I needed a central air conditioning system totally replaced and Mongi did a professional, clean, thorough installation. He came when he said he would come, and performed the job on time and in the given time frame. The one thing that I appreciated was his honesty and integrity in performing this replacement. I have to say, Chortani did a wonderful job and I am really pleased. I recommend Chortani 100%."

"Mel and his team did an excellent job fixing the air conditioner at my business. Initially, the estimate was a little over my budget, but Mel helped me adjust it to fit it, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for a good air conditioning technician, they are very honest and knowledgeable."

"Replaced old outside air Condenser and attic Air Handler with new updated equipment and refrigerant. Dan and Joe did incredible job on probably the hottest day of the year and got the job done fast. They were extremely effcient and and showed great professionalism and honesty. They made repairs in the system that they felt was needed to enhance my new system without charging me for the extra work. I'm sure that another installer would not have bothered to do that. They were very respectful of my Home and took great care to be clean and safe. I highly recommend this company."

"They came right away and examined the central air conditioning. Very courteous and professional"

"Now I feel safe turning on the unit after the ducts and the sealing was done and cleaning my air condition and my dryer and bath room filter and my condenser outside and putting a new cover for the vent outside of my dryer. After seeing the pictures it was worth the price."

"I called when they were swamped during the blazing heat of July, and they couldn't make it out to me for 1 week. They called back 2 days later and fit me in (I did do some begging as I have young children and pets and needed my air back for them), and did the repairs in 1 day! Thank you again so much Serge and Mark!"
