Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. "Ivan repaired the washing machine drain pump. Very professional, courteous and quick! He knew what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use him again. However, though I called Atlanta Appliance, someone from Forward Appliance came. This was No problem- he came at the appointed time (first day) and called to confirm before coming. Atlanta Appliance more than likely sent the closest available person. My lucky day!
