"GREAT SERVICE! Sami arrived on time and was friendly and arrived wearing a mask and gloves. He assessed the situation and started immediately replacing our cooktop. He was very careful in handling our new cooktop and careful not to scratch our wooden floors when he took the new cooktop out the box. After a bad experience dealing with Cinch home warranty service since October and there final decision to NOT replace my cooktop because they said my cooktop was not working because of a broken screw, it was a breathe of fresh air to have Home Sweet Home, provide such good customer service. "Lucky from service Master came out and spent quite a bit of time checking out the ovens to diagnose the problem. The GE manual we received with the oven said the error code was the door lock. Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out. He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them."
