"Mike was great! Very professional but also very kind and patient. He arrived on time and he installed my machine quickly and in a very clean manner as well. When we encountered a fault with the machine Mike was able to repair it and even though it took longer than expected he did a thorough job and did not leave until everything was working properly and SAFELY! I would definitely recommend him and definitely use him again in the future."

"Absolutely wonderful! Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven. Both Daler and Robia were courteous, caring, and truly professional. We would be delighted to hire D & R Repair for future projects!"
