"Tom was great! Due to issues with our refrigerator, we requested an appliance repair company on Angieâ s List around 6 PM. Tom contacted us within 2 hours, asked many pertinent diagnostic questions over the phone, and gave us some possibilities as to the cause and the various solution options. He then stopped by the same evening around 9 PM and confirmed his hypothesis and plan. He came back the next morning by 10 AM and completed the repair. This fixed the problem and he charged a reasonable fair price. We now have an appliance repair person for the next time we run into an issue!"
