"Wow! I prefer dealing with a family owned business rather than a major company. William, returned my call within an hour and did the service on my washing machine the next day. Very informative, very detailed, checked everything on the washer. He is whirlpool certified, and charged a fee that was very reasonable. I normally do not do reviews, but this had to be done.
