"JG Appliance Service was an incredible find for me! The owner, Joe, asked to speak with me prior to the job to better understand what needed to be done. The day of the appointment, Joe was on time, well prepared, and diagnosed the problem promptly. He ordered the parts (and even showed me the prices in the catalogue no up-charging with Joe!). We scheduled a follow-up appointment to complete the work, and once again, Joe was on time and completed the work on time, all the while telling me what he was doing to fix the problem. The dryer is working perfectly, and my family is thrilled with the absence of the annoying "clunking noise. Joe prices are very reasonable. He is reliable, professional, and leaves his work site clean. Simply stated, Joe will not disappoint!"

"Dave, the owner, came to my house within an hour of calling him. He was pleasant and straightforward. He easily addressed a leak from my dishwasher and also fixed the refrigerator water dispenser from which the water flow was irregular. He only charged me for an hour's time and no parts were required, so the total cost was reasonable. I would recommend him and call him again when needed."
