"John was great about communicating with me pre-sale, helping me understand the options and pricing for various openers, given my unique objectives. Months later, I was ready to go and he got me on the work schedule promptly, calling the day of the work to confirm his arrival time. He and his associate Logan arrived within their anticipated window, discussed the job with me, then set about to replace the old system. Ran into network challenges on my home system and using technical support and John's patience they were able to get the system installed same day, including the programming of our cars.
The opener I Liftmaster opener I selected is now performing flawlessly, and we can control it from our mobile app if need be to let someone in, or to be alerted that the door is open. Rather than go on-and-on, just know this is the second very satisfactory experience with Evrer-Green Garage Doors and I confidently recommend them.
