Made a very timely appointment to fix my Samsung front-load dryer, came when they were supposed to, and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I will use them again. Much better than the extremely pricey extended-service warranty I purchased from Sears for my refrigerator...I have to take off a whole day of work to wait on Sears."
